Refund Policy-Courses, Certifications & Trainings
Notifications Received MORE Than 48 Hours prior to scheduled course Date & Time
If proper notification (via email/phone call/voice message) to CANCEL your participation in an upcoming course is received MORE THAN 48 Hours from the date and time of the scheduled course, Patriot Consulting Services, Inc will issue a 100% Refund of the amount paid for the course. All refunds will be processed within 5 (five) business days.
Notification Received LESS Than 48 Hours prior to scheduled course Date & Time

If proper notification (via email/phone call/voice message) to CANCEL your participation in an upcoming course is received LESS THAN 48 Hours from the date and time of the scheduled course, Patriot Consulting Services, Inc will issue a CREDIT in the amount paid towards a future course offered by Patriot Consulting Services, Inc.
* Please Note-If you arrive to the course location more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled course without notification, you forfeit your seat/fee paid for that course on that date/time. Students will have the option of rescheduling the same course on a future date and time the course is offered.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates may be used towards the purchase of any of our Courses, Services or Private Sessions. The value does not expire. Gift certificates cannot be traded for cash refunds.
