This course “Refuse To Be A Victim” has been implemented by Hundreds of federal, state, and local law enforcement officials across the country as the nationally recognized personal safety course. Experts agree the single most important factor in surviving criminal attack is to have an overall safety awareness & strategy before you need it. This 5-hour confidential seminar/course focuses on learning personal safety strategies & techniques that are essential to recognize & evade dangerous situations,  by refusing to become a Victim.
